Every Staffhand engagement starts with a digital audit, before any quote and before any desk is built. Here is what it looks at and why it decides everything that follows.
What we review
- Your website. Does it load fast, say what you do, and make it easy to book, call or ask?
- Search presence. What a customer sees when they search for what you sell in your area.
- Reviews. How many, how recent, how they are answered.
- Social. Whether the accounts are active and connected to what the business is actually doing.
- Lead handling. Where leads come from today, who answers them, and how fast.
Each area gets a score, so you can see where the gaps are before we talk about building anything.
Why it decides the scope
Two businesses with the same template get the same build, whether they need it or not. Two businesses with their own audit get different builds. A local gym build runs five desks: coaching support, lead capture and class booking, follow-up and reviews, website and local search, and social media. An independent dealership with years of sales records and a large review profile runs 22. A home services contractor sits around nine. Same process, very different scope. See the example builds and the full desk catalog.
What else the audit sets up
Two things that matter later. First, the revenue baseline: where an ongoing share is part of the pricing, it is measured against your actual revenue over recent months, the last year and longer. Second, attribution: tying marketing spend to leads and sales so the weekly report can show what is working.
The audit shows what is worth building before anyone commits. The full checklist is on the digital audit page.
