Last updated: October 21, 2026. This policy covers the Staffhand website. It is written in plain language on purpose. If anything here is unclear, use the form on our contact page and a person will answer.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you request an audit or contact us, we receive what you type: your name, email, phone number if you give it, business name and website, and anything you write in the message.
- Site usage. This site runs on WordPress.com, which collects standard visit data (pages viewed, approximate location from your IP address, browser type) and uses cookies for site statistics and spam protection. Their practices are described in the Automattic privacy policy.
- Nothing hidden. We do not buy data about you, and we do not track you across other websites.
How we use it
To reply to you, to prepare the audit you asked for, and to run the engagement if you become a client. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers we need to operate (hosting, email) and only for that purpose.
Text messages
If you give us a phone number, we may text you about your audit request. By providing your number you agree to receive those messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop, or HELP for help. Consent to texting is not a condition of working with us. We do not share phone numbers or texting consent with third parties for their marketing.
Client data in a build
For clients, the rule on every page of this site applies here too: the accounts and the data are yours. Builds run in your own accounts, in your name. The AI providers used in a build are on paid business terms that do not train on your data. What happens to the setup if you leave is covered in who owns the AI accounts and data and in your agreement.
How long we keep it
Audit requests are kept as long as we are talking with you, and deleted on request. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement plus whatever the law requires for business records.
Your choices
Use the contact form to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Unsubscribe links are in any email we send more than once.
