Built by operators, not by a software vendor
The people behind Staffhand run businesses of their own: a car dealership group, a door-to-door sales organization, short-term rental properties and an exterior lighting company. Those are the businesses where the first builds were shaped, on real inboxes, real phone lines and real month ends. We know what a missed lead costs on a Saturday, what a no-show does to a tech’s day, and how long a weekly report takes when nobody has time to write it.
That background shows up in how we work. We do not hand you a dashboard and a login. We do the setup, the connections, the writing and the daily running, and we bring you a short list of things to approve.
What we believe
- Approval first. Nothing goes out in your name until you or your manager says so. The AI drafts, you decide, and the rules loosen only as fast as you want them to.
- Money questions go to a person. Pricing, quotes, financing, refunds and anything that sounds like a negotiation always land with a human. Always.
- You own everything. The accounts, the phone numbers, the data and the writing are yours. If we part ways, you keep all of it.

How an engagement runs
Every client starts with a digital audit: we look at how leads, calls, reviews, scheduling and reporting work today and show you where the hours and the dollars are leaking. Then we agree a scope in writing, build the chief of staff and the desks that fit, connect them to the systems you already use, and start running. You read a brief each morning, approve what needs approving, and get a plain weekly report.
